connect with new, reconnect with old
build, grow and strengthen your customer relationships with an alice list
Your A.L.I.C.E list is a great way to jump start a brand new Origami Owl business or give a current business a boost! Many direct sales representatives are familiar with a FRANKS list but in true O2 fashion, we have our very own version of the memory jogging list.
This memory jogging list is such an easy way to create your contact list or to keep it up to date as your business grows. By using these categories to start or refresh your contact list, you are visiting multiples areas of your life, different social groups, and hopefully thinking of even more names that are associated with those already on your list.
For a new designer, I suggest the ALICE list being one of the first orders of business. This list of contacts will be the first people that a new designer shares their business with. For a seasoned designer, this list acts as a living document. This means that as you grow and build your business, this list should be added to and edited constantly.
Personally, I try to revisit my ALICE list at least every 2-3 months. I add new friends, contacts, and professionals to my list so when I’m ready to make customer calls or share the business with others, I have a list of fresh new faces.
For an even broader list you can also use the traditional FRANKS list.
If you haven’t printed out your ALICE list and started filling it in, do that now! Make it your goal to have at least 10 names in each category or aim really high and try for a total of 100 on the list!
